The job holder must lead a team of Financial Consultants to drive sales growth and manage the team in accordance to the organisation policies and procedures. He/She will be the first point of contact for our Financial Consultants to support the achievement of sales targets.
The job holder is required to:

The job holder is required to:
- Effectively execute the sales plans and strategies as set by the management and/or the Branch Manager to achieve the sales targets for his/her team
- Maintain a team of highly motivated Financial Consultants to maximise the sales productivity and to monitor their performance to ensure the development of their full potential
- To ensure a high quality service standards are carried out by the Financial Consultants and sales are conducted in the accordance to the regulations prescribed by the authoritative bodies
- Implement department objectives, policies and procedures and to coordinate the sales selling cycle and methodology
- Degree holder with at least 3 years of sales experience in the insurance or financial services industry
- A superior performance record and strong leadership skills is essential
- Self driven with a proven ability to work in a dynamic sales environment and a proven track record of exceeding goals and objectives
- Proactive, independent, result-oriented, energetic with good people skills and an effective team player
- Able to communicate (written & verbal) effectively with all levels in the organization.
- CMFAS (Module 5 & 9), CHI, CGI or DGI, DLI or ACII/FLMI and its equivalent
