The Job

The job holder is attached to human resource development section and reports to the head of section. He/She is required to
  • Identify training needs, evaluating existing programs and propose possible enhancements, sourcing and liaising with learning providers;
  • Design and develop training programs and schedules with various business partners, facilitating and conducting training programs;
  • Drive training initiatives in line with the organization’s business goals;
  • Ensure that the section’s policies and processes comply with the People Excellence Standards.
  • Developing and implementing the organization’s total learning plan;
  • Courseware development and conducting in-house training programs;
  • Supervising the administrative arrangements for in-house and external training activities as well as the application of suitable training grants;
  • Reviewing post-course training evaluation findings and the review of the organization’s training and development policies;
  • To undertake any projects or other responsibilities as assigned by head of department / head of section.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree holder with at least 5 years of relevant T & D experience.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to do stand-up training.
  • Possesses service orientation, problem solving, negotiation, project management and supervisory skills.
  • Ensure optimum utilization of the organization’s total learning plan and quality of training
  • Ensure zero non-compliance to ISO and PE standards.
